Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical contract roles across Chicago
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for tech positions
- Leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter for passive talent acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
- Develop talent pipelines for emerging technologies and niche specializations
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with contract/freelance focus
- Proven success placing candidates in night shift or remote technical roles
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Chicago's tech landscape and talent market
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates remotely
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in independent work environment
- Available to work consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
