Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles across Dallas-based startups
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close candidates within SLAs
- Implement diversity sourcing strategies to build inclusive tech teams
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies monthly
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or cybersecurity focus
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles
- Familiarity with Dallas tech ecosystem and local talent networks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to start immediately with flexible schedule availability
- Technical background or certification (e.g., CTS, CSP) preferred
