Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and maintain accurate records
- Market staffing services to local businesses to expand our client base
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with proven time management skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license (client site visits required)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Knowledge of Seattle's job market and industry trends
