Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client positions simultaneously
- Build strategic partnerships with NYC-based tech companies and startups
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate competency
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in the NYC market
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
