Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build strategic partnerships with 15+ tech companies in Greater Philadelphia
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessments
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through personalized onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/FinTech focus
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing techniques for niche tech skills
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Deep knowledge of Philadelphia's tech ecosystem (University City, Navy Yard)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM integration experience
- SHRM-SPHR or CERP certification preferred
