Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across AI, cybersecurity, and cloud engineering domains
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Implement diversity recruitment initiatives to build inclusive teams
- Maintain accurate candidate data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Strong technical literacy to evaluate candidates for complex software development roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS implementation
- Demonstrated success in closing high-demand technical positions
