Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across engineering, data science, and product management roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, technical assessments, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance insights to leadership
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.)
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, DevOps)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM systems
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in competitive tech markets
