Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and product managers across the Bay Area
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop deep relationships with hiring managers at 50+ client companies
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Lead technical interview coordination and candidate assessment processes
- Maintain precise CRM data and provide weekly recruitment analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in San Francisco tech market
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find AI/ML and cybersecurity talent
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows and tech stacks
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
