Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps specialists.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and close placements to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven ability to source and place candidates in software and IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
