Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech candidates across Raleigh's booming startup scene
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI, software engineering, and cybersecurity roles
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to build diverse talent pipelines
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
- Develop data-driven recruitment strategies using analytics tools
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Raleigh/Durham market
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps talent
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and cloud platforms
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to sell opportunities to passive candidates
