Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop talent pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and networking
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Bay Area tech sector
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and technical stacks
- Proven track record of placing mid-to-senior level tech professionals
- Expertise in Boolean/X-ray sourcing strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
