Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through personalized outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with client partners
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and reporting metrics
- Drive diversity initiatives to create inclusive hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/staffing
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find technical talent across multiple domains
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing recruitment metrics
- Certification in technical sourcing or recruitment (e.g., CTS, CIR) preferred
- Local Cleveland market knowledge and established tech network
