Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and closing high-demand candidates
- Build and nurture relationships with top tech companies in Research Triangle Park
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and pipeline analytics
- Represent Apex at industry networking events and university career fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech company
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent using modern tools
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.) and hiring trends
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs: time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- SHRM-CP or CTP certification a plus
