Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier technical candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Market job openings through digital channels and professional networks
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with staffing agencies
- Proven success in placing IT, engineering, and healthcare professionals
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Louisville's tech talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Relevant industry certifications (CPSR, CTS) preferred
