Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles across software development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with clients to define role requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Conduct technical screening interviews and assess cultural fit for high-stakes placements
- Leverage ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers to deliver talent acquisition solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Strong track record of closing placements in competitive tech markets
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
