Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche job boards)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' skills against job requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Provide exceptional client service and regular progress updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years technical recruiting experience in IT/software industry
- Expert knowledge of current tech stacks (cloud, AI, DevOps)
- Proven success in closing mid-to-senior level technical roles
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
