Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche forums)
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews and technical assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address hard-to-fill positions
- Leverage applicant tracking system (ATS) data to optimize hiring metrics
- Present compelling candidate profiles that align with client culture needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing software developers, data engineers, and cloud professionals
- Strong technical aptitude to assess candidates' skills effectively
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
