Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ tech companies in the Twin Cities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct technical screening interviews and candidate assessments
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in the Minneapolis market
- Expert knowledge of Java, Python, AWS, and Azure ecosystems
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements quarterly
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong network of 500+ active technical candidates
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
