Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Conduct technical screening interviews and skills assessments for software engineers
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for Java, Python, and cloud architecture roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation packages
- Implement ATS workflows to optimize candidate conversion rates
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech clients
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar recruitment platforms
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, DevOps, and AI/ML technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
