Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity specialists
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche technical communities
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey with CRM systems
- Partner with tech startups and established enterprises to understand hiring needs
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation and talent availability
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Technical field
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Deep understanding of Colorado Springs tech ecosystem and emerging skill demands
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill technical positions
