Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic outreach
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and behavioral interviews to assess technical competencies and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Leverage ATS platforms and social recruiting tools to optimize talent acquisition workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive intelligence on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/staffing environments
- Expertise in sourcing technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates for software development, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
