Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates across software engineering, IT, and data science roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with 25+ partner companies in Jacksonville's tech corridor
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and pipeline metrics
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted recruitment campaigns
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality placements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record of 50+ placements
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville's tech landscape including major employers and startup ecosystem
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement (time-to-fill, conversion rates)
