Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates across platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, and Stack Overflow
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to define hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns for high-demand skills (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Manage client relationships and provide market insights on compensation trends
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through Boolean search and advanced LinkedIn techniques
- Familiarity with Raleigh's tech ecosystem and Triangle startup landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Certification in technical sourcing (e.g., Certified Internet Recruiter) preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 95%+ offer acceptance rate
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in software engineering or data science roles
