Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber technical candidates for contract-to-hire and permanent roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at tech startups and enterprises
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track candidates and optimize workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' skills against client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the Bay Area tech sector
- Proven track record of placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with deep understanding of technical skill assessments
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong network of tech professionals and passive candidates in Oakland/SF Bay Area
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, commission-bonus environment
