Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent roles across software engineering, data science, and DevOps
- Conduct technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for high-demand skills like Kubernetes, Python, and machine learning
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to define job requirements and optimize hiring processes
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) to track metrics and improve conversion rates
- Lead employer branding initiatives at DC tech meetups and university career fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networks
- Strong technical understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated history of closing high-value placements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
