- Conduct technical screenings with Python, Java, and cloud architecture assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for emerging tech roles
- Utilize ATS systems like Greenhouse and Lever for candidate tracking
- Analyze market trends to advise on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (AWS, Kubernetes, React, Node.js)
- Proven success in closing mid-to-senity-level engineering positions
- Expertise in diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive sourcing strategies
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Metrics-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
