Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding for 15-20 concurrent searches
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and capability
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and interview processes
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnels
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-vetted technical professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or startup environments
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent using advanced Boolean techniques
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, React, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday required)
- Technical degree or equivalent industry certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in competitive Denver market
