Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in IT/staffing industry
- Proven track record of placing software developers and data professionals
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
