Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and placement of technical professionals
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across engineering, IT, and data science roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean searches and social platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical competencies
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and reporting analytics
- Drive diversity initiatives in candidate sourcing and placement
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill tech positions (developers, engineers, data scientists)
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of Phoenix's tech talent landscape
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven recruitment metrics
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing Certification preferred
