Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with Seattle-based tech companies
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Metrics-driven approach with demonstrated KPI achievement (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire)
- ATS certification (e.g., Greenhouse Certified Recruiter) preferred
