Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments with engineering teams
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and ensure data integrity
- Generate weekly recruitment analytics and pipeline reports for leadership
- Participate in industry conferences and local tech meetups to expand talent networks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on IT/software roles
- Proven track record of placing specialized candidates in competitive markets
- Expertise in technical interview methodologies and skills assessment tools
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, AWS, etc.) and role requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
