Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for IT roles including software development, data science, and cybersecurity
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop deep partnerships with clients to understand technical requirements and company culture
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market analysis to stay current on compensation trends and competitive landscape
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT placements
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Strong technical aptitude to assess candidate skills for software, engineering, and data roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- ATS certification or SHRM-SCP designation highly valued
