Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates across multiple channels
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract-to-hire and direct placements
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments
- Optimize recruitment workflows using our ATS platform
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven success in closing hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Expert knowledge of Cleveland tech ecosystem
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant technical degree or HR certification
