Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.) across the Southeast
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client intake to offer negotiation using our proprietary ATS platform
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Develop deep expertise in Charlotte's tech ecosystem and market salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies
- Analyze recruitment metrics weekly to optimize conversion rates and time-to-fill
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record placing candidates in tech roles
- Expertise in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud platforms, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles in competitive markets
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success meeting/exceeding KPIs
