Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates across Albuquerque's IT, engineering, and software development sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations using modern ATS platforms
- Develop strategic partnerships with local tech startups and established enterprises to understand talent needs
- Optimize recruitment pipelines through data-driven analysis and process improvements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with EEOC regulations
- Represent our agency at industry networking events and career fairs across New Mexico
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in IT/software placement
- Expert knowledge of Albuquerque's tech talent market and local universities
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting hiring trends and market data
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for local candidate meetings
