Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Conduct in-depth technical screening and behavioral interviews
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Leverage ATS systems to track pipeline metrics and ensure compliance
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill technical roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech company
- Proven expertise in sourcing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret hiring metrics and market data
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
