Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and market research
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clients in software development, IT infrastructure, and data science
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics to ensure seamless hiring processes
- Analyze market trends and talent pipelines to provide strategic recruitment insights
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in IT/software roles
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for technical positions (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical skills and certifications across various tech domains
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs and client satisfaction metrics
