Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Florida using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for roles spanning software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to define requirements and create compelling job narratives
- Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments using structured evaluation frameworks
- Optimize recruitment funnels through data-driven analysis of conversion metrics
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and ensure compliance with EEO regulations
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for high-demand technical positions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with demonstrable placement history
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and deep understanding of tech talent landscapes
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong negotiation capabilities and experience with offer management processes
- Valid US driver's license and willingness for occasional client meetings across Florida
- Technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for engineering and IT roles
