Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical roles (engineering, data, product)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-growth tech clients
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Austin's tech market
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
