Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across engineering disciplines
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent contract roles
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) for candidate tracking
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean/X-Ray techniques
- Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in staffing/agency environment
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (time-to-fill, submission quality)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and applicant tracking systems
