Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Managing full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Conducting technical interviews and candidate assessments
- Developing creative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Using ATS (Greenhouse) to track metrics and optimize pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success placing software developers, data engineers, or cybersecurity professionals
- Expert knowledge of Philadelphia tech market and hiring trends
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and frameworks
- Certification in technical interviewing (e.g., Google's Hire with Google)
- Experience with commission-based compensation structures
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
