Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles
- Develop client relationships with 10+ tech companies in the Twin Cities
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments for engineers
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) for pipeline management
- Present data-driven recruitment reports to stakeholders weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing environment
- Expertise in sourcing DevOps, Cloud, and AI/ML talent
- Proficiency with Boolean search and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong understanding of technical stack evaluations (Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs (fill rates, time-to-hire)
- BS/BA in HR, Business, or related field preferred
