Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and strategic networking
- Develop and nurture relationships with key hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including screening, technical assessments, and offer negotiations
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows and metrics
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for in-demand roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps)
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
- Maintain 100% compliance with EEOC and DOL regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech staffing
- Expertise in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess technical competencies
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.)
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns with precision
