Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Leverage ATS systems and Boolean search techniques for passive candidate identification
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights
- Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline for high-demand technical roles
- Collaborate with sales team to align recruitment strategies with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech company
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.) and hiring methodologies
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Results-driven mindset with focus on KPI achievement
