Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering, data science, and product roles
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct in-depth technical screening and behavioral interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs and culture fit
- Maintain ATS compliance and generate recruitment analytics reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, cloud platforms, etc.)
- Proven success with passive candidate sourcing and technical interview evaluation
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CTS, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical abilities for market trend analysis and compensation benchmarking
