Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech platforms
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skills assessments for software developers, engineers, and IT specialists
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for Jacksonville's growing tech sector
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Develop data-driven recruitment strategies to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics
- Represent the agency at local tech meetups and industry networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/software roles
- Deep understanding of developer ecosystems, technologies (Java, Python, cloud, DevOps), and hiring trends
- Expertise in Boolean search strings, ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred), and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills to interpret candidate assessments and hiring manager feedback
- Relevant bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related technical field
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
