Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Leverage ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on talent availability and compensation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks and engineering methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment with KPI-focused performance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
