Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn, niche job boards, and industry events
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Omaha-based tech companies
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling employer branding campaigns
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with IT placements
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-find talent (developers, engineers, data scientists)
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and technical assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with Omaha's tech ecosystem and local talent pools
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
