Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Build and nurture client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Analyze market data to provide competitive insights on compensation and talent availability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software development, cloud computing, or cybersecurity roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, DevOps) and hiring methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
