Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and data science roles across Tucson and Phoenix
- Leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Manage client relationships and job requirement documentation
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments
- Optimize recruitment funnel using data-driven analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech clients
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Technical aptitude to assess engineering skills
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
- Strong network within Arizona's tech community
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce)
